Shipping Terms

Shipping Fees & Delivery Times

• All orders are typically shipped within 24h from our warehouses in Toronto or Vancouver. Orders received during the weekend will ship on the following Monday. 
• Orders can expect delivery within 3-7 business days of order fulfillment. 
• Next-day delivery is available as an upgrade for most large Canadian cities. Same Day and Rush delivery (delivery within 3h) is available in Toronto and Vancouver for orders placed before 12:30pm.
  

Handling Fees

Handling fee: the handling fee represents the work done in order to get the order ready for shipping. A $15 handling fee will apply for consumers with orders under $75.

Minimums for Free Shipping & Handling

• Free shipping and handling for consumers is offered for any order of $75 or more.

Exceptions for Shipping & Handling

• In special cases where the cost of freight is a particularly high percentage of the sales order, our shipping policies will adapt to the particular situation.
• Examples: extra fee for delivery appointments; customers located in highly remote areas will have to pay the full freight.

Warehouse & Pickup

• To pick up your order from one of our warehouses, select the “Pick Up” option at checkout. 
• Orders will typically be ready within the next business day. 
• Note that all orders need to be completed online before picking up, as we do not do in-person orders. 
• Pickup locations at the warehouses are located at the rear-end of the buildings.
